My current job is… in the Strategic Relations Team at Prudential Retirement. I am responsible for broadening and strengthening partnerships with key intermediary firms across the country by supporting growth initiatives and by providing resources to help enhance their businesses.
My first job in the retirement industry was… at MullinTBG where I grew up on the funding analytic side of the non-qualified deferred compensation business modeling the cash flow and earnings impact analysis of the various funding alternatives available. It was a great learning experience.
I love the retirement industry… because we get the opportunity to really see people, the challenges they are facing, and help them reach their goals Day One of retirement and beyond.
What is the best thing about being involved in WIPN? Without a doubt, it is the tremendous network of women that I can now call my tribe. I’d like to bring a newfound sense of community to the ladies in the Chicago area, and help to identify, nurture, and develop the next generation of female leaders in our industry.
My favorite quote is…“Wherever you are, be all there.” I find it to be enlightening and empowering because presence is so important in this fast-paced world we live in.

My first job in the retirement industry was… as an assistant to Marcy Supovitz. At the time, she was the leader of retirement plans and annuities at Pioneer Funds. She is a wonderful mentor and she started NAPA. I owe my professional success to her!
What are the best things about being involved in WIPN? There are so many reasons to choose but for me it was a combination of meeting other fabulously successful women, feeling connected in this space, and being able to offer advice to other women starting out in the industry.
I wish that I’d known years ago… that being a woman in this male-dominated industry would feel so empowering in 2020!
My current job is as a… Divisional Vice President managing a team of external wholesalers who help advisors succeed in the retirement plan business.
My favorite quote is… Work Hard, Play Hard. I definitely believe that taking time to be with family and friends is OK, and that balancing work and family can be done!

My current job involves… accounting, auditing and consulting services for qualified retirement plans including 401K, 403B, pension plans and ESOP.
I love the retirement industry because… I work directly with plan sponsors that help their employees retire comfortably.
What are the best things about being involved in WIPN? For me, WIPN is a wonderful resource of knowledgeable members from all areas within the retirement industry. My network in our industry has grown considerably. I want to continue to bring together professionals that work with all aspects of retirement plans including fiduciary, legal, accounting, recordkeeping and investment services.
I wish that I’d known years ago that… you should live each day to its fullest because you never know what tomorrow will bring.
My favorite quote is… “In order to succeed, we must first believe we can.” This resonates with me because you have to believe in yourself and your team to be successful.
