We are lucky enough to be taught by Lauren Murphy, who has been practicing martial arts for over a decade. She has been in the UFC for nine years, is currently ranked #7 in the flyweight division, and is a UFC title contender. She is also a two time jiu jitsu world champion, holds three professional titles in MMA, and one professional title in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
She is a strong advocate of jiu jitsu and martial arts as catalysts for enhancing confidence and empowerment in women.
