Virtual Event Virtual Event
Free

Join us on Wednesday, May 8th at 2pm (PST) as we host a transformative 90-minute virtual workshop facilitated by Shannon Williams, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the CEO & Founder of the group psychotherapy practice, Rising Anchor Therapy. The session will start with an informative/psychoeducational breakdown of identifying the problem of expecting women to be Superwoman and “do it all” and identifying items that contribute to this culture such as perfectionism, unrealistic expectations, and imposter syndrome. We’ll close out the session by discussing these topics and personal experiences.
