June 4 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm PDT

Virtual Event Virtual Event

Event Details

When it comes to mitigating stress many of us are aware that we should exercise, nourish our bodies and get adequate rest – but have you ever considered how misalignment of your values could be causing you to feel? Join WIPN for an enlightening discussion on values alignment and its impact on wellbeing. You’ll learn how consistently immersing ourselves in environments and tasks that conflict with our core values and beliefs can result in a disconnection between our authentic selves and our professional identities. We’ll explore the impact of prioritizing external rewards, such as financial gain and societal expectations, over intrinsic motivation and inner harmony and how this can lead to feelings of stress and contribute to burnout. During this session you’ll engage in a values alignment and goal setting exercise that can help you foster a more fulfilling work-life balance.
