Join us for lunch, to Enhance your Skills to Connecting and Influencing by recognizing and adapting behavioral signals
Overview: To be able to influence colleagues, friends, and family members, it is important to first make a connection.
Are there people with whom you just don’t connect? Believe it or not, it could just be a matter of personal style. Understanding your style and recognizing the styles of others can help you better understand what you’re doing wrong, and learn what you could be doing to reach them.
Using an “Aware, Assess, Adapt” framework, this workshop seeks to leave participants with a better understanding of their own preferences, along with a set of recognition questions intended to help you subtly, yet significantly change your communication approach.
Participants will be able to:
- Understand and articulate the 4 primary behavioral styles
- Develop a better understanding of their personal preferences and how impact subconscious behavior
- Articulate the 4 assessment questions designed to determine someone’s style
- Make the necessary adjustments to their approach
