Fielding was conducted in January 2023 by our research partner, Escalent, with the support from sponsors Fidelity Investments and OneDigital. The study aimed to dig deeper into the progress of women in the financial services industry and to shine a light on key findings from our 2022 study, specifically on the changing trends for caregivers, the satisfaction gap among the caregiving “sandwich generations,” the sales career boost, and pay transparency conversations.
