Mentorship & Executive Coaching Program

Pairs members in senior industry roles (mentors) with members in junior roles (mentees).

Mentors broaden their legacy, give back to our industry by helping advance women in their careers, and gain perspective from our next generation of leaders.

Mentees receive support, guidance, expanded skills, and personal connections to members of our industry.

All conversations and participation are confidential.

All paid WIPN members.

Provides members in high potential, newly senior or senior/executive roles access to professional executive coaches.

The coach and coachee work together in a collaborative, equal relationship.

Goals are developed between the coach and member, and often include things like building a strategic vision, identifying leadership strengths and how best to utilize them in action.

Coaches serve as an objective sounding board for decision making, improving leadership, delegation, and management abilities, and addressing challenges specific to a company environment.
