As an External wholesaler for Retirement Plan Services you will develop, direct, implement, and maintain a business plan to achieve sales and growth goals for your assigned external wholesale area(s) of responsibility. You will build, enhance, and direct the relationship with firms and/or institutions in your assigned territory of Northern California. You will also build, direct, and maintain external wholesale sales programs/plans which result in an increase in sales revenue and market share within the assigned territory.

The Plan Administration Analyst provides administrative services for qualified retirement plans including, but not limited to annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and preparation of the Form 5500. This role keeps plans qualified by making sure all regulatory deadlines are met and working with clients to resolve compliance issues. This position works with and advises other departments on plan compliance matters.

The position serves as a subject matter expert for a plan compliance administration team and is responsible for delivery of technical administrative services to qualified retirement plans. This position is accountable for ensuring the day-to-day business needs are being met for their own workload. This position will provide associate training, meeting facilitation, and development/implementation of workflow process improvement. This position also supports the daily activity of the team through team standards, answering processing or escalation questions, and acting as subject matter expert as needed to meet team and Retirement Plan division goals.
