Refund Policy

Membership Fees

• All sales, including membership fees, are final upon transaction completion.
• Membership fees are processed as recurring payments through Stripe. Members will be notified prior to any renewal charges.
• Members wishing to cancel their membership are able to do so from their profile page, or by contacting us within 5 business days of renewal date.

Event Registration

• Registrants for any WIPN event must request refunds at least 5 days prior to the event date to be considered for refund.
• WIPN does not guarantee refunds for event registrations.
• Requests for refunds should be submitted in writing or by email to the designated WIPN contact.
• In lieu of refunds, credits may be issued at WIPN's discretion. These credits can be applied to future event registrations.

Cancellation by WIPN

• In the rare event that WIPN cancels an event or membership service, registrants will be offered a full or prorated refund.

Automatic Membership Renewal

• Membership is automatically renewed annually. Members are responsible for cancelling their membership if they no longer wish to be part of WIPN. Cancellation can be processed through the member's profile.
• WIPN does not offer partial refunds for cancellations occurring mid-membership term.
• Members who choose not to renew their membership plan will maintain their subscription until the end of their current billing period.

Refund Requests

• To request a refund or cancellation, members and event participants must contact WIPN via the provided email or through the contact form on our website.
• Please include your name, details of the membership or event registration, and the reason for the refund request.

Changes to Refund Policy

• WIPN reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Members and participants are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
