Roberta Hess

Roberta currently leads Organizational Change Management for retirement services at SS&C Technologies, a global technology firm. Roberta and her team provide project leadership, business analysis, go to market strategy and business readiness for strategic and client initiatives. With over 25 years of leadership experience, she has previously held senior executive roles at Ascensus, Prudential, MetLife, Travelers Life & Annuity, and Merrill. In 2005, Roberta founded Princeton Marketing, a strategic marketing consulting firm focusing on financial services. Since 2019 she has also served as Board Advisor to Consumer51, a consumer experience agency. As a champion for retirement security, she leads the SPARK Institute’s Public Relations Committee focused on Shaping America’s Retirement. Roberta is also an advocate for women in the retirement industry and served as Founder and Co-Chair of the Philadelphia chapter, Northeast Regional Leader, Board Member – Chapters East and currently serves as President of the WE.Inspire. Promote. Network. (WIPN). She is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business and studied Digital Marketing at Columbia University.
