Deb Rubin

Deb Rubin has been a Corporate Executive focused on the retirement plan marketplace for over 3 decades. She has worked for well known recordkeepers such as  John Hancock, VOYA and Transamerica. Deb has had many roles in her corporate career including, sales, marketing, sales leadership, product development and more.  She loves finding creative ways to address challenges. Deb built Transamerica’s TPA program into a successful business and has lead the pooled plan sales team at Transamerica to record sales year after year. In 2016, Deb followed her passion and was certified as an Executive, Leadership, Strategy and Mindset Coach. In 2022 she was certified as a Positive Intelligence Coach. Deb describes herself as a peak performance with joy and balance coach. She focuses on helping people succeed, personally and professionally, expanding retirement plan coverage, and coaching high achieving women in financial services clarify and  exceed goals, knock down obstacles, reduce stress and live the life they want
