The “glass ceiling” gets a lot of attention, but it’s also important to mind the “sticky floor” – the forces keeping women from advancing at the same rate as male counterparts in the retirement industry. Women have yet to reach parity with men across leadership positions, though entrylevel workers are almost equally balanced between women and men.
