About Peter Lindemeyer:
Before establishing Weaver Partners, Peter honed his skills at the Richard Michael Group/e-staff division, where he played a pivotal role in its transformation from a local Chicago agency to a formidable national player. As Vice President, he contributed significantly to its expansion, culminating in its acquisition by Randstad, a global employment agency, where he continued as Practice Director until venturing into entrepreneurship.
Peter is widely regarded as a thought leader in the retirement services, employee benefits, and HR fields, actively participating in a technical steering committee with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Weaver Partners maintains affiliations with prestigious organizations such as the American Retirement Association (ARA), the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
A graduate of Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and business administration, Peter is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He organizes an annual toy drive benefiting Hesed House in Aurora and remains actively involved in volunteer work. Outside of his professional endeavors, Peter enjoys outdoor pursuits such as hiking, biking, and swimming. He is a devoted Chicago Cubs fan and proudly attended game 7 of the historic 2016 World Series. An accomplished musician, Peter resides in Batavia with his wife, two children, three dogs, and a couple cats.
