Pam Brooks
Pam Brooks is a Senior Client Manager at Oswald Financial, Inc. Pam has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services working with both business and individuals. She is dedicated to positively assisting clients with their roles and responsibilities as Plan Sponsors. She assists Plan Sponsors with implementing a prudent process and managing their fiduciary responsibilities. She also helps them enhance the retirement benefits they offer, improve employee education and participant outcomes. Prior to joining Oswald, Pam worked in multiple sectors of the financial services arena. These positions include Regional Pension Consultant, Compliance Coordinator, and Client Services Manager. Pam is passionate about helping others and has volunteered for VeloSano, Red Cross and serves as a Co-Chair for the N.E. Ohio Chapter of Women in Pensions since she started the chapter in 2017. She has been appointed to the Women in Pension Network Board of Directors for 2020, leading their Special Projects committee. She received the National Association of Plan Advisors’ Top Women Advisors, All Star honor in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 as well as NAPA’s Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation. She is a loyal Cleveland Browns fan and enjoys meeting people, golf, camping and travel. Pam holds a Series 7, Series 63 and her Life, Health, Accident and Disability Insurance license. She lives in Northeast Ohio with her husband Tom and their 2 children.
