Kim Ryan
Kim Ryan is a Managing Consultant with My Corporate Ally, a consulting firm specializing in the U.S. Retirement Industry. Kim works with industry recordkeepers, advisors, asset managers and broker/dealers, both in the US and globally, on initiatives such as growth strategy, business transformation, product offer and development, mergers and acquisition due diligence and go-to-market strategies. She has over 30 years of experience with Fortune 100 & 500 companies in Financial Services. Prior to her consulting role, she spent 13 years at TIAA spending her tenure there within the Institutional Product organization. In this leadership role, Kim was responsible for product development and management of a suite of recordkeeping solutions, investment products and client experience. Early on in her career, she spent time at both Charles Schwab for ten years and Morgan Stanley for seven years in roles covering retail brokerage, corporate development and product management. As a strong advocate for women’s leadership, Kim served as national leader for a Women’s Employee Resource Group covering 3,000 women through 12 local and remote chapters. She developed national programming and events to empower and engage women leaders. Kim was nominated for the 2018 Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business awards recognizing her contributions to both business and women’s leadership initiatives. Kim splits her time between Denver and the beautiful mountains of Colorado. She and her husband, Dave, enjoy skiing, hiking, fly fishing, exercise and traveling. Their daughter Morgan is a senior at Colorado School of Mines studying Materials Engineering.
