Ivana Polonijo

Ivana Polonijo, Ph.D. is Chief Solutions Officer at Courageous Being leadership center. The center focuses on helping women and male allies in the business world navigate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through a conscious leadership technique of Inner Bonding®. Previously, Ivana was Vice President with Fiduciary Benchmarks whose clients include some of the industry’s biggest and most respected 401(k) service providers. Ivana led a team of service and operations professionals to ensure integrated customer experience for new and existing clients. With a background in academic research as a social anthropologist, and as an advocate for empowering women in the workplace, she co-founded and co-chaired the Oregon chapter of Women in Pensions Network (WIPN). She is passionate about conscious leadership and creation of awareness that intentional personal growth is professional.
