Where We Are Today

WIPN recently celebrated its 10th anniversary and we owe this achievement to the women who believed in our mission and the organizations that supported them. WIPN milestones:

  • 50+ Corporate Sponsors – Help us spread the word! Please let your Relationship Manager (see below) know if there is an organization that would benefit from partnering with WIPN.
  • Nearly 30 Local Chapters and growing! How does a chapter form? Simply by the women stepping up in their respective territories to create a chapter and commit to regular events.
  • Over 1150 Members strong.
  • 342 Sponsor Members – that averages out to be approximately 7 members per sponsor firm!

WIPN Leading Forward

WIPN wants to help you bring added value to the women of your firm who are on the path to becoming the future leaders within your organization. We mentor emerging leaders and provide thought-provoking content backed by real-world scenarios that support personal development and foster leadership skills for the women in your organization.Although in-person events have been canceled through May (due to Covid-19), our members-only webinar series continues to flourish with record numbers of participants registering.  Our robust webcast model of offering fresh, relevant content mixed with expert speakers and panelists has proven to be a winning combination. The topics and speakers for the series are vetted by the Board.  We encourage you to advocate for women of your firms to join and attend these events.

What can you do?  Find an advocate within your firm (existing WiPN member perhaps?) who could lead the charge with getting more of your women employees involved with WiPN by becoming members and using your discount code. Contact our Sponsorship team today.

2020 Sponsor Invoice Reminders

There are many benefits once you become a WiPN sponsor. We have sent out reminder invoices to all firms who currently sponsor WiPN and who have not yet remitted their annual fee.  If you have not received your invoice, please email the Sponsorship team.  We would like to have all sponsor payments in by April 20th in time for the Sponsor Update Call.

Diversity and Inclusion

Do you have a primary or unique D&I contact at your firm that we can connect with and share how we may help support your firm’s D&I initiatives? WiPN’s new diversity initiative can help you in your recruitment efforts by leveraging your sponsorship to promote job opportunities within your firm and find qualified candidates through the WiPN network. If you have a Business Resources Group focused on women, please introduce a member of this group to your WiPN Relationship Manager. We’d like an opportunity to discuss how this Business Resources Group can benefit from WiPN’s resources and have a dedicated WiPN advocate within your organization.

2020 Leadership Fellow Program

In 2020, we’re once again offering premier leadership training as a scholarship to five WiPN members to attend top-notch leadership training programs across the country.  Application submissions are due by May 1, 2020.  WiPN Leadership Fellow candidates should meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • A high achiever who has substantial organizational impact;
  • A middle-to-senior level manager ready to take her career to the next level;
  • An advisor with a proven track record of accomplishment.
