July 24, 2023 – Sip & Shop Networking Event

The Bay Area Chapter joined together at Primm Boutique in Pleasanton, CA last Wednesday for a fun afternoon reconnecting with industry partners. New members had a chance to introduce themselves and state career search objectives while others made new connections for future joint work. We enjoyed small bites and wine from Baci while enjoying the summer weather. Primm Boutique presented on current fashion trends transitioning from summer to fall and offering an exclusive 25% event discount. June 12, 2019 – Wine Tasting and Networking Event

We are excited to have organized the first WIPN Bay area chapter event of 2019 at Picchetti Winery, Cupertino last week. The attendees had the honor of listening to Uma Meyyappan, SVP of the Innovation Group at Wells Fargo about tips on climbing the career ladder. Bay Area Event: Networking and Personal Branding

On August 14th, WIPN’s Bay Area chapter welcomed 28 women for an evening of networking, wine and hors d’oeuvres followed by a special presentation on elevating your personal brand by Rebecca Hourihan AIF® PPC™, CMO at 401k Marketing. The presentation addressed many of the headwinds women face today in the workplace, and discussed several important steps to becoming a key player in the defined contribution industry.
