Thanks to the women of Arizona for actively contributing to the success of our chapter. If you want to get more involved, please contact one of the Co-Chairs.

Changing the Rules!

The obstacles that women face that keep them from advancing to top level positions often have their roots in a lack of mentorship and sponsorship both within their organizations and the industry. Isolation is a huge issue for women in male-dominated fields such as the retirement plan business. It is hard to find peers, mentors and advocates to support reaching goals.

May 2024

Three of our board members attended the Broadridge 360 Advisor Summit this May in Austin to kick-off the conference festivities with a Power Breakfast session where they presented WIPN’s research covering the Mentor/Sponsor boost and how one key relationship can influence career dynamics.

Thank you so much to Rosalyn Brown, Theresa Conti, and Ivana Polonijo for sharing the research and best practices related to this important topic to women in our industry!

February 2024

We hosted a team to support a meaningful cause and took part in the 4.01k Fund Run and Phocus Charity Car Show this spring to support Junior Achievement of Arizona. Their primary focus is to give back to the community by supporting schools in need of essential supplies. JA is always looking for volunteers to help run their programs- so check out their volunteer page to learn more!

2023 Holiday Tree Trimming at Phoenix Children’s Hospital

We had the pleasure of decorating a tree for one of the many waiting rooms at Children’s Hospital to bring some joy into families lives. Our theme was animals- so all of the ladies brought an animal themed ornament or book for the tree. We followed the event with a networking happy hour hosted by Broadridge.
