Robin M. Green is an independent market research consultant, president and owner of WinMore plans. Her team specializes in employee benefits, retirement plan provider, institutional advisor and investment consultant market research. She has more than 30 years of consulting and research experience working independently and with Ann Schleck & Co, Fi360, North Highland, and Deloitte Consulting.

Mary Ann McCormack is a founding member of the Twin Cities WIPN chapter and the current chapter co-chair. She is a National Accounts Manager for Securian Financial Group and has over 30 years of experience in the retirement industry. She is well versed in business plan development, activity reporting and analysis, relationship building, event sponsorship and advisor training.
