WIPN Sacramento Chapter: Self-Defense Class for Women and Lunch

FreePlease join us for a women’s self-defense class on February 23rd from 11am – 12pm at The Studio followed by lunch at the Sienna restaurant. The self-defense class will focus on general safety, striking, and defending, followed by Q&A.
