Theresa Conti has been a Retirement Plan industry leader for more than 30 years, starting her own firm, Sunwest Pensions, in 1998. Theresa holds several key designations through the American Retirement Association, even earning the IRS Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation.
Theresa was both Member and President of the Board of Directors of NIPA, including the local Arizona chapter, for 11+ years. Theresa also served several years on NIPAs Conference Committee & Task Force earning NIPA’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.
Theresa worked alongside NIPA, ASPPA and the IRS to develop Circular 230 and the ERPA Licensing Program. She is a frequent industry and event speaker, publication contributor and has served on several advisory boards for leading financial firms. In 2022, she joined WIPNs Board. Theresa has dedicated her career to sharing her expertise throughout the industry and with her clients.
