Tis the Season to be giving and spreading holiday cheer. WIPN SoCal Chapter is partnering with Operation Santa Claus (OSC), a year-round program that focuses on holiday and special occasion gifts to children of Orange County’s neediest families enrolled in Social Services Agency programs and partner County agencies. OSC provided 19,000 toys and gifts last year to children placed in foster care and those in low-income families.
