Kay Prescher, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Total Rewards at WEBCOR
Kay is the Director of Total Rewards at WEBCOR. She describes herself as a true human resource generalist with a strong background in employee relations and process improvement. She is looking to grow within the organization within its human resources team.
Director of Equity Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Stephanie is Director of Equity Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Mindbody. Her experience lies in Talent Management Life Cycle and Optimization where she is a consultant with more than 20 years’ experience developing inclusive workplace practices to source, recruit, engage, and advance diverse employees. Her prior experience includes working in some of San Francisco Bay Area’s signature organizations such as HP, Apple, eBay, Yahoo!, Juniper Networks, and Synopsys.
She is also Adjunct Faculty in the Charles Davidson College of Engineering and an Instructor for UCSC Extension HR Management Certificate Program.
