Jennifer Norr is the head of Data Governance for CUNA Mutual Group where she oversees data for the enterprise. Previously, Jennifer was the Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for CUNA Mutual Retirement Solutions. She is responsible for the overall strategy, strategic initiatives, marketing, client experience, ecommerce, relationship management and non-qualified plans.
Prior to joining the Retirement team, Jennifer was Director of Customer Operations Support. In that role, she was responsible Customer Operations and Claim departments metrics, dashboards, workforce management, quality and customer satisfaction to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
Jennifer joined CUNA Mutual Group in January 2009. Prior to joining the company, Jennifer spent over 8 years at General Electric in various new product develop, project management, and operations. She started her career at Information Resources, Inc. focusing on sampling and projection methodology and new products, developing and implementing a new grocery retail projection system. She then joined the Retail Analytics Company as a senior product developer, creating custom analytics products, combining company and clients’ internal data to improve sales and conversions while lowering labor costs.
Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. She also earned a bachelor degree with honors in sociology, history and Southeast Asian studies from the University of Wisconsin. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
