Consultant

Lockton Companies

My current job involves… growing Lockton’s financial and health benefits consulting business in the Northeast, leading and guiding the teams servicing my clients.

I first learned about WiPN when… I was asked to speak on a panel for a WiPN program at a NAPA Conference.

Other women should join WiPN because… connecting and lifting one another is key to helping women succeed. It’s a great way for us to learn and grow professionally and personally while having fun.

I wish I’d known years ago that… no matter how hard you work, how important it is to advocate for yourself, have sponsors and build a tribe that will advocate on your behalf.

I’d love people to ask me about… my family. I am a single mother of two sons — a Midshipman at the U.S. Naval Academy, and a soon to be high-school graduate and incoming student at Boston College.

When I’m not working I am… catching up with friends at a favorite restaurant, usually with a bottle of red, or involved with various volunteer activities such as the Forum of Executive Women, or more recently as a new board member for the U.S. Naval Academy Southeast PA Parents Association. I’ve recently launched a women’s group at Lockton called Philly Women LLC. It’s all about building a network internally and externally through community engagement to lift one another, leverage our talents, resources and time with our network, and make connections. Lift, leverage, connect. Connect with me if you would like to learn more.
